It was unexpectedly poor
I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback unless something is very disappointing. Size: The individual beans are comparatively small. Smell after roasting: I understand that aroma can be subjective, but for Ethiopian beans, there should be a distinctive identity. I tried both medium and dark roasts, but neither exhibited the characteristic profile of Ethiopian beans. Taste: The coffee is smooth, but surprisingly light. There is a noticeable lack of bitterness and acidity. Despite adjusting the bean-to-water ratio, I did not notice any significant improvement.
