An absolutely fantastic bean when roasted slightly past first crack. Smooth and silky with a nice punch. Great work

I experimented with a couple of different roasting methods, but found the cast iron fry pan to be the best. Can be done on the outside bbq side burner. After roasting, de-husking, tossing and cooling on an open tray, these beans taste divine after 3 x days. Absolutely recommend these beans for flavour and excellent aroma.

Great quality coffee beans produce a great crema and smooth tasting espresso. Soprano give great customer service and will definitely try some of their other coffee beans.
